Olympus BHMJL Microscope operates with
transmission and reflection modes. System
consists of trinocular tube, WF SWHK 10x
eyepieces, bright field (BF)/dark field (DF)
illuminator, Olympus MS Plan objectives (5x, 10x,
20x, 50x, and 100x), and 200mm x 200mm XY
microscope stage and 200mm wafer stage.
