Nikon Nomarski microscope operates with reflection
mode and bright field (BF), dark field (DF), and
Normaski (DIC) modules. System consists of CFWN
10x eyepieces, Nikon BD Plan DIC (5x, 20x, 40x, 100x)
and BD Plan Apo 200x objectives, AFX-DX camera
controller and 4” x 5” Polaroid camera, and 200mm XY
stage with 200mm rotational wafer stage.
